DAY 1 : Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech

This intriguing discovery of Morocco begins in the city of contrasts and spirit, namely Marrakech. As soon as you come out from the main airport gate, our representative will warmly welcome you to Morocco and assist with your luggage placement in the car. Listen to Moroccan music while making your way to your accommodation, where you will be greeted by a porter to carry your luggage to the riad. The moment you enter your riad, you will be enveloped by a sense of serenity and royalty. Note that most of these riads are hundreds of years old, and some were inhabited by royal families. At your own pace, you can discover Marrakech by walking through its bustling streets and labyrinthine souks, filled with scents from spices and natural perfumes such as el-Boukour.

DAY 2 : Day 2: Guided Tour of Marrakech

At the core of Marrakech’s magic lies its historical landmarks and sites. After breakfast, you will unveil the hidden treasures of the medina and discover historical gems that turn Marrakech into a lively museum and exhibition. Your professional guide, a local historian, will start at the Bahia Palace, a 19th-century marvel, and walk you through its history while captivating your senses with the intricate architecture. In addition to the Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs are just a few kilometers away, where you can learn more about the dynasties that have ruled Morocco and left their footprints in modern-day Morocco. The next site will be in the new city, where the Majorelle Gardens are located. The gardens attract hundreds of visitors every day. After lunch, you can return to your riad to relax. In the evening, you will be delightfully invited to cherish a family gathering and bond memories, the Akaltours team recommends some nearby restaurants in the square to enjoy dinner while watching the beautiful sunset from the terrace.

DAY 3 : Day 3: Casablanca’s Hassan II Mosque & Rabat

On the third day, you will first depart for Casablanca to visit the Hassan II Mosque before heading to Rabat. Casablanca is the economic capital of Morocco, where modernity has overshadowed much of its traditional charm, yet the medina remains lively and is home to two famous football teams in Africa: Raja and Wydad. After exploring the serenity of the Hassan II Mosque, you will travel for about 50 minutes to arrive in Rabat later in the afternoon. In the evening, you can visit the new city and opt for dinner there.

Here, we will visit the Dar Jamaai Museum of Art before continuing to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. Arrive in Fes in the evening.

It is a city that stands out for its modernity, especially in the alpine style of its architecture. Nearby Azrou is next on the list to see the Barbary monkeys and the tallest cedar trees.
