Stop at Sidi Lmokhtar a local Berber village for a short visit and coffee with your guide explaining the local way of life. Here, you’ll meet the friendly villagers, get a glimpse of traditional Berber life, and experience the timeless customs of the region.

The next stop will be at a women’s cooperative where local Berber women craft argan oil. After arriving in Essaouira, the first stop is the Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Marvel at the narrow streets, visit Skala de la ville looking out over the ocean. Time to shop around in the souks and don’t forget to stop by one of the shops that sell wooden crafts like Thuya wood, which Essaouira region is the only place in the world that produces it. After that, Enjoy a traditional Berber lunch in a cozy, locally owned restaurant. You can order yourself some fresh fish dishes or a tagine. After lunch, you can visit a local herbalist shop where you will learn about some plants and their use in medicines.
