with us and govern the relationship between Akal tours and our guests.
They also tackle cancellation, responsibilities and payment to have a clear

You book a trip, then it implies agreement with our terms and conditions.

1. Travel Contract:
Once you book your trip with us, you will confirm our terms and conditions as well as our booking
terms. You are then required to pay a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your trip. After
that, you will receive your reservation via email. The balance should be paid at least two
weeks before travel time. If you fail to pay before the specific time, then it will result in
an automatic cancellation and a loss of your deposit.
2. Travel formalities:
These formalities can be Travel documents, vaccinations and health requirements,
customs declarations, local laws, flight and ticketing.

4. Travel Prices:
The cornerstone of our travel company is integrity, transparency and honesty. Our prices are accurate according to current market rates. We guarantee to give you the highest quality of our services. Please note that prices vary depending on the number of participants and travel services.
We will not accept any objections after we provide the quoted price.
5. Payment Terms:
After reading our terms and conditions, you can make a deposit of 20% to confirm the final booking of your preferred trip.
The deposit of 20 percent is due to booking. The rest of the balance should be paid at least two weeks before the trip starts.
For bookings made within 30 days of the start, the full price is due immediately.
6. Payment Methods:
Akal tours accept the following paying methods:
Bank transfer.
Cash payment.
Postal money order.
PayPal transfer.
7. Cancellation Policy:
Akal tours team are compassionate and take into consideration any changes of the trip as we do
understand that anything can happen and can affect the trip planning. However, in the case of a
trip cancellation, we invite you to inform us in the form of writing an email or a
message via our other what’s app feature. That will serve as cancellation and will
be the basis on which we will calculate the fees.
8. Cancellation Fees:
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If a customer cancels the travel contract, the following fees apply:
If you cancel 60 days before departure: 20% of the total cost.
If you cancel 30 days before departure: 30% of the total cost.
If you cancel 20 days before departure: 35% of the total cost.
If you cancel 15 days before departure: 40% of the total cost.
Less than 10 days before departure: 60% of the total cost.
A cancellation during the trip will result in 80 % of the cost.
