Just a short drive from Marrakech, this unique experience offers an escape for those who want to leave the Hussle of Marrakech and take refuge at a tranquil, calm oasis in the vast rocky desert. You will ride a camel, take photos for your social media presence and get some sunburn as well as an array of other activities such as playing drums, quad biking.
You will start this morning in Marrakech with tasty breakfast then hit the road to Agafay desert through the scenic landscapes of Atlas Mountains and passing by rural villages, lush terrains and small farms. After a half hour drive from Marrakech, you reach comfortably the Agafay Desert, where you'll be greeted by the sight of the vast, dry plains and the distant Atlas peaks. Camel ride is waiting for you to embark on the experience of the Sahara caravans on top of the ships of the desert to explore the arid terrains of Agafay desert. The ride takes about 45 minutes and will make you embrace the tranquility of the desert.
NB: Quad biking activity is at its disposal for those looking for high adrenaline activities. This lasts one hour as you will tour around the rugged terrains and rocky paths before you return to your camp. After your ride, you will have your Moroccan Berber lunch under a Berber tent and be served like prince and queens of Arabia. After lunch, you are at leisure to relax and enjoy the serenity of the desert with views of the Atlas Mountains.
Later in the afternoon, you can sip some mint tea before preparing to head back to Marrakech. On the way, you will enjoy the views and the change of the landscapes while listening to and singing the Berber songs played by our professional driver.
